New year's eve!

Today is the last day of 2009. I think it was a pretty good year overall. Possibly the best year so far. Possibly. =) My blog celebrated it's 1 year birthday two days ago. =)

Okayyy. Time to see which of the resolutions i kept. =D
Resolutions for 2009:
1) Must keep my room tidy.
That didn't quite work out so well. Maybe part of the time.
2) Musn't get angry so easily.
I think that one was kept. I only get angry for good reasons. =D
3) Must try new things thats good even if i don't like it.
Eheh. Did i say that? =D
4) Must be less narrow-minded.
I kept this half the time. The other half not really. =)
5) Stop any bad habits i have.
This one didn't go down too well either. Only one or two. =)

So as you can see, overall i didn't really keep my resolutions. I don't think i'll make any new ones this year. I don't like resolutions. =)

I feel thankful to alot of people who contributed to making 2009 the best year yet.

Girls.
1) Zhiying - For practically everything you did and making the biggest impact on making my 2009 the most memorable year yet. You added to everything that i did. =) Sleep earlier. School's starting soon. =)
2) Kelly - For being there when no one was and helping me through the toughest times, and for not minding being the only girl to go out on friday =) I owe you alot.
3) Wei yin - For sharing some of your problems and trusting me to keep them and for being hyper all the time with zhiying and adding life to our class.
4) Grace - Despite everything, i still feel thankful to you for making the start of the year really fun, with the parties and omega day and what not. =)
5) Kimberly - Sorry i forgot. I thought that was last year. =) Thanks for listening to my problems as well as siding with me, and being the only one i could talk to at that time.

Guys.
1) Jin shen - For listening and attempting to help me with my problems (=D) and for teaching me to play ball, and for the sleepovers and all. Go get the hatchling. =)
2) Ryan - For calling me at random times to check what i'm doing because you're bored, for sharing your first sleepover. =)
3) Bryan - For telling me instead of the others about your personal life. To all the girls, bryan's still single by the way. Hint hint =D
4) Evan - For trying to hard to figure out who i was talking about and never getting pissed off when i didn't tell you. That was amusing. =D
5) Nabil - For inviting me over to your house i dont know how many times to play and all. I still have yet to try cod 4. =)

That's basically everyone. I hope that everyone had a good year too amd that it'll get even better in 2010, with the sports day, the best time of the year ahead of us. May all of us laugh more, cry more and go all out for PMR!

It's 5.40 AM. I can't sleep. Or I don't want to.

I haven't been able to use the computer lately since i was at canada. Vancouver b.c. has ALOT of chinese people. I think i prefer america to canada. The people there are more friendly. Canada has alot more food though.

So anywayy, i'm in the airport now after flying from seattle to taiwan. Now i have to wait till 9.40 to get the next flight from taiwan to home. =) I actually felt sad leaving america and my aunty and all. I had the same burger and onion rings for my last meal that i had as my first.

There was some trouble at the airport for me, since my bags were overweight. Then since the woman at the counter was being rude-ish, my aunty started arguing with her and all. I ended up having to take some stuff out of my bag and leaving it in america. Very sad.

I shall go now. I shall bloghop or something. =)

San Francisco.

Yesterday, i flew from portland, OR to san francisco, CAL. I never realised that san francisco was in california before this. I always thought it was a state by itself. =D

I walked like hell yesterday. 20+km, since me and my sister and cousin didnt wanna spend money on a cab. Forgot to say. It's only us here, since my aunty and uncle have to work. I think it's pretty cool. =D

Rode on a double decker bus today. Went around the city. Chinatown really looks like chinatown, since the whole place is full of asians, mainly chinese. Not only that, it smells bad, it's pretty dirty and it's full of loud asians. Your typical chinese scene. =D

Going to an ex jail tomorrow. Alcatraz. It's a pretty cool name. =) They say it's haunted. I don't know. I wanna see. =D

And i saw the golden gate bridge today, among other things. I don't like san francisco as much though, since it's pretty citylike and EVERYTHING is uphill and downhill. Downhill's fine, but uphill is hell. =)

America day 20.

I went to the mountains again today, but this time it was a different part. I went snowboarding. =D It's extremely fun, although dangerous, seeing that i almost sprained my wrists and ankles in countless falls. =) And it was snowing too. Pictures to come later on when i can. Heh. I love snowboarding. =D

Ooops.

Forgot to mention. It's gonna snow tonight! =D I shall stay up to watch it come down. I'll update with pictures if i see snow. =D

America day 19.

I haven't been doing anything lately, although i did go to the zoo on tuesday. It was really cold there, being negative-god-knows-what-temperature. They have polar bears at the zoo, since it's so cold and they can live outside. =) And they have naked mole rats too, which, turns out, look nothing like rufus. =D

They have wolves too. =D Very cute. Like oversizes huskies, but cooler looking. =D

Ishh. I miss malaysian food. All they have to eat here is bread, bagels and buns. No, not buns. Just bread and bagels. I want nasi lemak. I want char kuey teow. I want fish head noodle. I want maggi mee =( I want her. =( America is hard to live in. =(

America day 13-14.

I went to mount hood yesterday. It was all snowy. And the wind was reallyreally strong. And there was snow everywhere. I went tubing, where you basically sit in a tube and slide down a snowy hill. I smashed my face into my uncle's knee coming down. =D Now i have a swollen cheek.

I also made a snow angel and snowballs, but i was wearing gloves so i couldn't take pictures. And it was so cold i couldn't take off my gloves. It was fun though.

Anddd i went to an apple farm with apples. They were reallyreally sweet. And since the weather was so cold, they didn't refridgerate it.

It was -25 up on the mountain. Forgot to say. =D Now it's -7 outside. Really cold. Snow expected. =D

America day 7?

I went to the beach yesterday. Spent a night there. There wasn't really alot to see. We meant to go see sea lions but then it was closed. =( I haven't really bought alot since i came here. I hate shopping =) My cousin doesn't understand why. =D I don't know how to explain. =)

I have to go now. I shall update when i feel the mood. =)
